it should be reduced. as many students are from hindi medium school who are not able to get the passing %.

In my opinion reducing passing percentage has nothing to do with quality of education provided at the colleges.
University and colleges should focus on improving the overall learning standards.

In my view i think passing % should not b reduced -:
1) It is for sure student gonna stress less on there studies then they r actually giving now.
2) reduce the overall %

Students just stress on getting marks and not learning. Study 1 week before the exam and get 70% marks :)

Till now 72% people wants to reduce the passing %. Thats good majority :)
