· To achieve sales targets using consultative sales approach, whilst ensuring service levels and customer satisfaction remain paramount.
· Responsible for sales through Inbound and outbound sales.
Qualifications, Competencies, Training & Experience:
· Telesales or call centre experience.
· Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
· Positive attitude and self motivation.
· 1-2 years of experience. Exceptions can be made for candidates with no experience.
· Graduate or MBA from a tier 3 institute
