which clg is better in mca

Pls tell which clg is better.My rank is 379 in mca.I have taken admission in jims.So should i shift it to Bvp in 2nd counselling if i get their this oppurunity.I am really getting confused.I have joined jims,i find the faculty very good.But as far as placements are considered bvp is better.But in bvp we dont have gud faculty....so pls help me pls thank u
