Inspite I have it from Assam govt along with a centrak issued non- creamy layer certificate.
Will I be considerd for OBC Quota?

did u go through rank-o-meter?? it wil give u sum idea about your expected college and we r not astrologers whose prediction will be 100% correct.. be calm and relaxed . IP counseling is always late just to check how much patience does the students hv...:P ..OK

you can get ICE in BVP,which is one of the top college of IP
.And miracles happen every year so u may also get MSIT. hope for the best.... and keep patience until counseling dates r displayed..

Everything in GGSIPU is a rumour till you get to hear the official word from the university. If Civil Engineering isn't mentioned for NIEC in the admission brochure, then chances of its introduction in this session are very bleak

It isn't mentioned in the seats table in the brochure,but it is there in the advertisement of NIEC which is given in the last few pages of the prospectus.It has been mentioned that the branch hasn't got the grant from university yet,but i asked from one of my frnds who is in NIEC & he asked the same from his teachers & they said yes it's coming this year.I want to know what is the competetion in civil in delhi students.I am from outside delhi region.Can i get admsn in civil in NIEC (if it comes) in rank 7000-8000?
listen dude thing thrice befr taking mechanical. at tthis stage u will like to take mech but it is very tough subject . take this only if u have interest otherwise tumahare 4 saal btech ke pareshan ho kar jaaenge starting naam se bht achi lagegi par baad mein kahi rona naa pade.

6528 is not good rank for outside category students.
You can take admission in college is GEC or TE.
