my rank in ipucet 2011 is 3504.According to rank-o-meter i am getting mait(cse) and msit(cse) in 2nd shift and BVP(IT).So is it beneficial to take admission in 2nd shift as the first batch is not out yet.
In an all india exam conducted by Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune.. My merit no. is 517.
This campus, established in the year 2001,(situated in Paschim Vihar,New dELHI) is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi.
1) Do I own any fair chance of getting Computer Science Branch by any mean (I mean rank)?
2) Acc to my ipu rank (considering my category) can I get CSE in any IPU campus?
3) Is Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology, Rohini, New Delhi providing Hostel facility for girls too?
4) WHEN COUNSELLING IS GOING TO START UP????

There is a slight chance that you may get into MAIT with MAE because the last year cutoff was something around 3700-4000.
So keep your hopes high and cheers!

what is the mode of counselling? online or do we have to be physically present? and when is it?? my rank is 3482(dgen) can i get comp sci?? what sub can i get in bvp?
IP cutoffs do not follow a trend in general,so you can just get a faint idea from last year cutoffs but nothing certain .
as far as bvp is concerned ,it's one of the best so cutoffs are going to be high, especially this year.
last year ,with ur rank you would have got instrumentation and control engineering , but still,nothing can be said with 100% confidence .
n my view,loads of seats r being sold in back doors in counselling2........as no info is given about seat matrix.....plz tell the ranking of colleges that one must prefer as per now(mait/bvp are over)....and to what extent must we draw a line btw college and course........for eg:prefer cse/eee in gud colleges than to go for ece in poor colleges like niec,hmr..........my dgen rank is 3565....i have counselling on fri-4th sep.......plz tell this is very much burnin issue for me!!!...........god bless to u all:)

With such a rank, you might not get CSE in MSIT , because last year students preferred MSIT over MAIT and even BVP.
CSE in MAIT may be possible.
