Problem faced by IT engineers

Questions: please tell me why there is downfall in package of IT engineers and will this problem sort out?

Answer: MNCs here do outsourced work from US client. US dollar down means less money for companies and less profits. All this affects the salaries, appraisals and late joinings.

This varies from company to company. Overall there is nothing to panic, things go up and down. India is preferred place for outsourcing and service and there will always be demand for IT people.
