Migration to BTech 3rd semester from MD university Rohtak...PLs Help....

I am applying for migration from Maharishi Dayanand University Rohtak to IP university...I am in second semester currently...I cleared First semester..but result of second semester is awaited...If I fail in any of the subjects when the result of MDU's second semester comes, will my admission in IP university get cancelled? What will happen? What alternative? Please reply quickly as only few days are left for admissions to get closed..
