All the candidates who have been short listed only for ACMS ( Army college of medical science ) from GGSIPU ( Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University ) medical entrance examination of 2011 are hereby informed that due to a pending case between the GGSIPU Vs Indian Medical Association the intake of ACMS has been cancelled out for this year and there will be no admiision in academic session 2011-12.
We,the students who have qualified will be the only one who will suffer hence i request you all to stand together and shall protest against the cancellation of the intake of the ACMS.We will not allow others to play with our future under any condition.

This year (2010) CET stage 2 for mbbs and BHU mains exam are on the same date,with BHU mains being held at Banaras only and cet stage2 at delhi only

dude i understand ur sentiments.but the fact is that
till last time only one exam used to be there even before cbse exam so a lot of people used to give vmmc exam but since now mains is held in june therefore a lot of guys getting selected thru cbse and getting mamc or ucms do not prefer to give the exam therefore cut off comes down to 2 digit.
apply some logic and try to understand what am saying.although i wish u best of luck 4 the seat.but chances might be dim
i think last time delhi candidates and all india candidates were separately ranked and the cut off represents the dgen and aigen ranks(just my opinion cud be wrong too)
since there are 37 delhi candidates in top 100 (ai rank),therefore there is a chance.
anyways well done buddy.

my all India rank in cet-09 is 102.Is there any chance of getting admission in VMMC under all India non subsidised general category?One of my relative told me that if we leave the cut off rank of previous year then you can safely get admission at this rank because the cut off rank usually remains around 140-150.Please comment.

@Anuj Joon No you will not get admission in VMMC. Number of seats are mentioned below.

DGEN: 27, NSDGEN: 15

From last year some 20 seats have increased in total and for DGEN + NSDGEN 8 seats have increased. You will not get admission with 290 rank for DGEN. Last year cutoff for DGEN was 155 and for NSDGEN it was 288.

Pl tell me if a fellow of Delhi-Gen category with rank 290 in CET-09 stand a chance of admission to MBBS in VMMC, By the way what is the number of seats availble to DGEN/NSDGEN category this year? Is there any change in number of seats from last year? and what about Army college, will it contribute any seats for DGEN/NSDGEN category? Request a very prompt response

is there any hope of getting a seat?? what was the condition of seats last year.plz i need a speedy reply as i cannot wait 4 da university to post counselling details(they said on 7th july)
