Hostel facility query

My name is Ankit Yadav and i opted for BCA course of ipu scoring 198th rank in CET 2010.
I have checked out most of the websites of bca colleges of ipu and found that there were only a few offering hostel facility.
I have applied as an outside delhi region candidate.
I want to know about residential facilities for the colleges where hostel facility is not mentioned on the website.

I am currently residing in NOIDA and my parents are posted in uttrakhand.I secured admission in USMS as Delhi candidate .Will i be eligible for hostel accomodation and if yes whats the procedure?

my rank is 2398(odgen) in ggsipu cet 2010 for btech(code-21).
i want admission in MAIT.
sir could u just tell me about the fees structure of MAIT n also about the hostel(fees+facilities+allotment). plz tell that whether the hostel fees will be deposited at the time of counselling or afterwards?

my rank is 10081 ( odgen) in ggsipu cet2010 for btech ( code-21 ) . Can I get in a good college under ip university which also provides hostel facities.
