Counselling

My CET rank is 2555, Delhi state. My couselling date is on 19th July (sunday) after 2 PM.scheduled for rank 2401 till 2600.
Unfortunately on that day I cannot report.
If I report on 20th July next day then how much I lose? Will I get couselling before rank 2601 on monday?
please clarify the rules and implications?
