Hi!
I should rather say sorry for being too late to reply. I'm one of the founder member of the society at my college, GTBIT. Though, I'm no more in the organizing team of the society. But, I still owe an answer to you all. During my time in the organizing team, we people also conducted numerous events at our college, and pulled off a trend to keep the college 'busy with the professionals of the industry'. But, I also used to hear such comments during my time.
Your concern regarding the quality of fest is appreciable. The shortcomings were considered after the team was done with fest. But, to realise this that ENTHUSE'09 marked a beginning of technical fest from our society would again be gratifying. The incumbent team would look forward into it very seriously, and would mushroom their successors accordingly for the desired level of excellence.

Good that you pointed these points. The organizers should be open for feedback, it for their own good. So they can organize a better event next time.

>Even the name of the fest was written incorrectly on the homepage(as Entuse). Corrected now, that's on Oct 27(after evening), but it's too late. miscellaneous too spelled incorrectly.
>The schedule didn't mention the block(which happened to be lab block)
>prev and next buttons shown in each page were useless. No connection between pages opened when clicked on those and the current pages. These as well as PDF buttons must have been removed.
>Unable to find out why registration module wasn't disabled when they weren't interested in online registration for events.
*These points and many more.
Also, the organizing team members weren't ready to receive feedback from visitors of the website to remove those errors.

Very badly planned event. Check www.ieeegtbit.com to know why I am having this opinion about a fest being organised in my own college.
And officialy, the timings are 11:00-16:00 hrs.
