what is instrumentation control engineering ? what is the scope of it?
what package can a person get after doing it from bvp,delhi?

have 1 more question..

sir i have got a rank of 43421 in ipu cet 2009..also i am from delhi and have sc quota..in which counselling can i get admission in b.tech?

also i have seen the bvp,delhi cutoff for ICE last year.which was around 46000 so can i get admission in bvp according ti that..?

due ti increase in no of seats in aieee and iit..will the cut off rank in ipu(b.tech) go high this year or not...?
