sir/madm ,
my cet rank is 8400 and im a outside delhi candidate , ur rankometre tells that i can get admission in ipu afilliated college. will i get any college. sir/madam actually i have taken admin in an average uptu college its last date of fee submission is 20 aug 2010 and no refund. after 20th aug ip second counselling will start . and if i wont get any college in ip i will be left with nothing
